What governs each thing we sell, and how to get a copy. Software and data are licensed separately and on different terms.
Software
Each product carries its own terms, listed here as the documents are published.
- Axis Map Publisher Pro
- Commercial end-user license, issued per machine rather than per person. Reinstalling on a machine already covered does not consume a second license; moving to different hardware does. The document that applies to your license is supplied with it.
Data products
Map data sold from this site is licensed separately from the software, and buying one grants nothing under the other. A full data license agreement is being prepared and will be published here.
The sources underneath
The imagery and vector data we build on carry terms of their own, set by the people who published them rather than by us: NAIP imagery is in the public domain, and OpenStreetMap data is available under the Open Database License. Those obligations travel with the data and are listed in full on the acknowledgements page.
